Lodge Unit | Join us every season of the year to go back in history and feel the peace and beauty of the Colorado Mountains. We are located in the Rio Grande National Forest, 45 miles from the Wolf Creek Ski area. The head waters of the Rio Grande, lakes, and many streams provide a fisherman's heaven. |
| This eighteen unit lodge hosted
the famous John Wayne, and Dan Blocker (Hoss), in the six original units
built in 1972, which have been remodeled. Two separate modern units offer
kitchenette. Laundry facilities and rental showers are available for hunters
and hikers. Four handicap accessible units were built in 2000. |

Four-wheel drive...the Bachelor Loop, which makes a loop past the original Bachelor town site, Stoney Pass to Silverton, or Engineer/Cinnamon Pass to Lake City.
